The website stock figures show available garments ready for production. Each ordered item requires custom personalisation with logos, initials & names. This process usually takes 10–15 working days (Monday to Friday only).
Bespoke / Personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes any names, initials, numbers or logo additions to a garment, and any products featuring the University of Chester and related logos.
University Collections: Free delivery is available to the university, where you can collect your order. Once your order has been delivered to the University of Chester, please allow at least 48 hours before attempting collection. This gives the University post room time to process the delivery and transfer it to the Sport & Active Lifestyle offices in Anna Sutton Building. Collections are available Tuesday & Wednesday only 10:00-15:00. Deliveries received close to or over a weekend may take a little longer to become available for collection.
